About Behrens

Behrens was established in 2012 by Mr. Lin Bingqiang as an independent watch brand dedicated to crafting timepieces that go beyond traditional timekeeping. As part of 'H Innovations Company Limited', a Hong Kong-based horological trading company founded in 2016, Behrens has earned a reputation for producing watches that are more than mere accessories — masterpieces of mechanical engineering.

The evolution of Behrens started in 2018, when the brand launched its satellite time display collections, 'Astronomer' and 'Space Traveler', followed by the introduction of two more collections, 'Apolar' and 'Rotary', in 2020. These 2 innovative concept designs earned Behrens a nomination at the prestigious GPHG 2020 awards.

In 2021, Behrens released the 'Mars Project One', a limited-edition timepiece featuring a double twin rollers display that showcased time on both Earth and Mars, setting a new benchmark in horological design. Only one year later the 'Perigee' collection was introduced, featuring their first in-house manual wind movement with a rubies chain system and an advanced Moon Track mechanism.

Today, Behrens has marked significant breakthrough by introducing the 'Orion One' in 2024, featuring a 2nd generation rollers time display module, and the 'UltraLight Weight' collection, demonstrating a wristwatch that weighs less than 20 grams with an in-house Cal.BM02 manual wind movement.

With their innovative designs and attention to detail Behrens is the new emerging hot brand that will make a lasting impression in the world of independent watchmaking.
